MAAC Announces 2012 Men's and Women's Tennis All-Academic Teams

West Windsor, N.J. - A total of 56 athletes
comprise the 2012 MAAC Men's and Women's Tennis All-Academic Teams, the Metro
Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC
All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their
institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0
scale. Loyola University Maryland led
all schools with 11 members each named to the teams. Rider University had 10 athletes selected,
while Siena College had eight representatives.
Marist College and Niagara University both added seven players to the
squad, and Saint Peter's College had six representatives. Fairfield University
added five members, while Manhattan College had two student-athletes.
