MAAC Announces 2015 Volleyball All-Academic Team

EDISON, NJ - A total of 43 student-athletes comprise the 2015 Volleyball All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.  Tied for first is Manhattan College, Marist College, and Quinnipiac University with 6 six student-athletes each. Rider University was close behind with 5 student-athletes. Fairfield University, Iona College, and Siena College had 4 student-athletes apiece, while Canisius College and Niagara University each added 3 student-athletes. Rounding out the list is Saint Peter’s University with 2 student-athletes.
