Honor Roll
One of the most prolific scorers in program history, Blake Hamilton finished a four-year career at Monmouth with 1,433 points, sixth most in Division I program history at the time of his graduation. Hamilton averaged 16.3 points per game for the 2003-04 team that advanced to Monmouth’s third-ever NCAA Tournament before posting 16.2 points per contest as a senior. He averaged 12 points per contest for his career, a top-20 mark in school history, and combined with Dwayne Byfield in 2003-04 to score 920 total points, one of the top-scoring duos at Monmouth.
One of three Hawks to ever earn Player of the Year honors, Hamilton did so in 2004-05 as a senior. He was twice named First Team All-Conference, and led the Hawks to the 2004 NEC crown as the Tournament MVP. His senior year garnered him AP Honorable Mention All-America honors, joining Rahsaan Johnson and most recently Justin Robinson as the trio of Monmouth All-Americans.
