Honor Roll
Karen Culbertson is one of the most prolific scorers in Iona women’s basketball history and played four seasons from 1997-2001. At the time of her graduation, she ranked third and is currently sixth all-time in program history with 1,456 career points. Additionally, Culbertson ranks in the top 10 all-time in career scoring average (13.3), three-point field goals (147), three-point field goal attempts (443), free throws (372), and free throw attempts (440). Culbertson was named All-MAAC First Team as a junior in 2000 due in large part to her proficiency from the charity stripe. She shot 87.8%, the third-highest single-season percentage in Iona history. A four-year All-MAAC selection, Culbertson was named all-rookie as a freshman, to the third team as a sophomore and second team as a senior.
