    MAAC Honoree
Ken Taylor started off his career with the MAAC as an Administrative/Media Relations Fellow in 1999. The University of Michigan graduate quickly climbed the ranks within a year to become the Assistant Commissioner.

Taylor, while also obtaining his master’s degree in Sports Administration, oversaw all aspects of conference award programs, operations, scheduling, and public relations. He also planned and executed the 2003 NCAA Men’s Frozen Four.

In 2006, Taylor was appointed the Associate Commissioner of the MAAC. In this role, Taylor further developed the MAAC’s relationship with ESPN by overseeing the development of media coverage for the MAAC, while also being involved with NCAA Championships.

Taylor is grateful not only for his experience with the MAAC, but for the opportunity of meeting his wife, Sandra. Taylor joined Monmouth University in 2015, where he currently works as the Associate Athletics Director/Development. In his role, Taylor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Blue/White Club and the oversight of Marketing, Ticketing and Promotions.
