Iona Claims 14-10 Victory over Wagner in MAAC Water Polo Semifinal

Poughkeepsie, N.Y. ? Second-seeded Iona College earned a 14-10 victory over #3 Wagner College in the first semifinal of the 2008 MAAC Women’s Water Polo Championship, held at Marist College’s McCann Natatorium.
Iona will play the winner of the semifinal game between #1 Marist and #4 Siena College for the championship title at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. Wagner will face the loser of the second semifinal in the consolation game tomorrow at noon.
