MAAC Announces 2008 Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team

EDISON, NJ ? A total of 64 athletes comprise the 2008 MAAC Women’s Outdoor Track All-Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.

 

To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.  Manhattan College and Marist College both led all schools with 17 members each named to the team.  Loyola College added 10 student-athletes.  Iona College had nine student-athletes, and Rider University had seven members.  Saint Peter’s College rounded out the team with four athletes.
