ANDA IVKOVIC, IONA

Sophomore, Forward, 6-1, Subotica, Serbia/Oak Hill Academy

 

In Iona’s 1-1 week, Ivkovic averaged 22.5 points, six rebounds, and two assists per game. In the win at San Francisco, she went 9-for-14 from the floor, including two three-pointers, and hit 8-10 from the free throw line to lead all players with a career-high 28 points. Ivkovic followed with a double-double performance against Manhattan, posting a game-high 17 points and ten rebounds, and kept Iona in the game with eight free throws.

SARAH HOMAN, RIDER

Freshman, Center, 6-3, Upper Darby, PA/Delco Christian

 

For the week, Homan averaged 12.5 points per game in 15 minutes played per game while pulling down 4.5 rebounds per game. Against UMBC, Homan recorded career-highs with 14 points, seven rebounds and three blocked shots. Against defending MAAC champion Marist, Homan had 11 points in only 14 minutes of action. Homan was also 9-for-11 from the free throw line, including a perfect 8-for-8 effort against UMBC. Homan shot 50 percent from the field in the two games, including a perfect five for five against Marist.
