Yvon
Raymond, Saint Peter's Men's Basketball

Yvon Raymond, a junior guard, was a key member to the Peacocks 2011 MAAC
Championship. A defensive stopper, he helped to lead Saint Peter's to top five
national ranking in FG% defense and top 15 ranking in scoring defense. He also
had a memorable dunk in the Peacocks NCAA second round game against Purdue that
was captured in "One Shining Moment" following the National
Championship Game. This season, he is scoring 12ppg and grabbing a team-high
7.5 rebounds per contest.
Katie Sheahin, Loyola Women's Basketball
Jr. Guard- Brookeville, Md.
Sheahin
has started the 2011-12 season right where she left off in 2010-11, averaging
8.7 points, 6.7 rebounds and 6.0 steals per game. Sheahin led Loyola with 13
points in the team's season-opener against Maryland, and has followed that with
two of the best defensive efforts in Greyhound history. Sheahin tied a
career-high with seven steals in a win over Navy, and then set a career-high
with eight steals at Pittsburgh. Sheahin currently ranks fifth on the all-time
career steals list at Loyola with 187 and is first in program history averaging
3.1 steals per game. The Brookeville, Md., native has a 3.35 GPA while majoring
in Business.
