MAAC Announces 2011 Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team

N.J. - A total of 86
athletes comprise the 2011 MAAC Women's Outdoor Track All-Academic Team, the
Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To
be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two
semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of
3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Marist College led
all schools with 23 members named to the team.
Rider University added 17 student-athletes, and Loyola University
Maryland had 15 representatives. Saint
Peter's College had 12 student-athletes, and Manhattan College had 11
members. Iona College rounded out the
team with eight athletes.
