Offensive Player of the Week

Carl Haworth, Niagara University
Sr., Midfielder, 5-9, 170, Barrie, Ontario/Barrie Central

At the Green Bay Soccer Classic, Haworth had six points (two goals and two assists) in the two 2-0 wins over Green Bay and Eastern Illinois. Haworth leads the team in goals (with six), assists (with five), and points (with 17) in only seven games. He is only nine points away from his total from last season and has already tied his career high for assists.

Defensive Player of the Week

Brett Petricek, Niagara University
Jr., Goalkeeper, 6-1, 165, Chicago, Ill.

Petricek has a shutout streak of 303 minutes. He played all 180 minutes in the Green Bay Classic and didn't allow a goal while making eight saves (four in each game). Petricek had a sterling save percentage of 1.000% and a goals against average of 0.00.

Rookie of the Week

Callum Willmott, Niagara University
Fr., Forward, 6-6, 185, Iver, England

Willmott doubled his goal total over the weekend after scoring twice in the Green Bay Soccer Classic.  The freshman registered his four points while logging an effective shooting percentage of .667 over the weekend. The rookie now has four goals on the season to go along with one assist to give him nine points in his first season playing soccer in the United States.
