2012 Men's Swimming & Diving All-Academic Team Announced
MAAC Sports
Edison, N.J. - The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today that a total of 50 athletes comprise the 2012 MAAC Men's Swimming & Diving All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Iona College led all schools with 11 members named to the team. Saint Peter's College had seven student-athletes, while Marist College and Rider University both have six representatives. Canisius College and Loyola University Maryland each added five members, while Niagara University had four representatives. Fairfield University and Manhattan College rounded out the team with three athletes apiece.
