MAAC Player of the Week
Danielle Koltz, Marist, Jr., INF, 5-7, Chenango Bridge, N.Y./Chenango Valley

In the Red Foxes' four games this past week at the North Carolina A&T Tournament, Koltz led the squad with an outstanding quartet of games and a .500 batting average (6-12), a .571 (8-14) on-base percentage and a .917 slugging percentage. In all four games, the junior infielder reached base, including a 3-3 showing versus Utah Valley on Saturday. After single RBI games in her first two contests of the tournament, Koltz exploded in the finale against North Carolina A&T with a mammoth grand slam deep over the Aggies' home center field fence. That four run swing of the bat would hold as the game-winning hit as the Red Foxes won by a score of 6-3. For the week, Koltz had a total of six hits, six RBIs, three runs scored, two doubles, a home run and a perfect 10-10 fielding percentage.
