Franz Rassman - Loyola University Maryland

Rassman excelled in the classroom during his first semester at Loyola, earning a 3.906 grade-point average, while helping the Greyhounds start 12-6 through 18 games. On the court, the 6-foot-8 forward has continued his development as a collegiate player, averaging 3.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game while starting six of 18 contests. Rassman has shot 46.5-percent from the field and 82.4-percent from the free-throw line for the Greyhounds, and he has also blocked nine shots. In his third collegiate game, Rassman tallied eight points and nine rebounds in just 17 minutes of action against UMBC, and he then scored a career-high 13 in his second MAAC game, a neutral site contest against Saint Peter's at the IZOD Center.
Christina Petrelis - Saint Peter's University
Women's Swimming, Fr., 5-2, Belle Mead, N.J./Montgomery H.S.
Freshman swimmer Christina Petrelis captured a 2nd place finish with a time of 10:46.38 in the 1000 Yard Freestyle this weekend, as the Peacocks took on MAAC rival Rider University. Earlier this season, Petrelis set a school record in the 1650 Yard Freestyle at the Greyhound Invitational, finishing in 18:09.40. In her first semester at Saint Peter's, the Belle Mead, NJ native finished with a 3.74 GPA.
