2014 MAAC Volleyball All-Academic Team

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - A total of 64 athletes comprise the 2014 MAAC Volleyball All- Academic Team, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Rider University led all schools with 9 student-athletes. Right behind them was Iona College with 8 student-athletes. Fairfield University, Manhattan College, Marist College and Quinnipiac all tied for third with a total of 7 student-athletes per institution. Niagara University follows with 6 student-athletes, as Saint Peter’s University is narrowly behind with 5 student-athletes. Rounding out the bottom of the list is Canisius College and Siena College with 4 student-athletes a piece.
