Later in the day during the 50 freestyle finals, Wuko again broke her own MAAC championship record she set only hours before when she finished with a time of 23.09. Saint Peter's women’s 400 medley relay team of Matea Samardzic, Alexandra Sison, Cristina Decisneros and Rachel Wuko broke another MAAC championship record finishing their relay in 3:46.90. The past record of 3:48.42 was held by Marist since 2012. Another MAAC championship record was broke during the first day of the championship, when Matea Samardzic broke the 100 backstroke record of 55.62 set by Michelle Yoshida of Fairfield University in 2011. Samardzic broke the record while swimming the lead leg of the record breaking 400 medley relay when she finished her split in 55.49.

Marist got off to a great start with both the men’s and women’s 200 free relay taking first place. The Red Foxes Kimberly Tobias grabbed first place in the three-meter dive, scoring a 237.95. John Spitzer also took first place in the men’s 50 freestyle. Rider’s Trevor Hiller placed first in the men’s one-meter dive, the second consecutive year he took home that title.
