MAAC Announces 2013-2014 Women's Basketball All-Academic Team
MAAC Sports
Edison, N.J. – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today that a total of 45 athletes comprise the 2013-2014 Women’s Basketball All-Academic Team. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Quinnipiac University led all MAAC schools with seven all-academic student athletes while both Monmouth University and Rider University added six. There are five representatives from Canisius College and four from Iona College, Manhattan College, Marist College, Niagara University, and Saint Peter’s University. Siena College rounds out the team by adding one student athlete.
