During the 2013-14 campaign, the Gaels women’s basketball team enjoyed record-breaking success. They set an Iona College basketball consecutive victory record of 18 games, which stretched from Nov. 15 until Feb. 06. The 25 wins are the most in program history in a single season. The Gaels also defeated eight-time defending MAAC Champions, Marist College for the first time in 13 years.

While at Molloy, Godsey also served as an athletics administrator. She was the Lions' Associate Director of Athletics, Senior Woman Administrator and Compliance Officer. She joined the Molloy staff after two years in the conference office as Associate Commissioner for Operations and SWA for the ECC.
