MAAC Announces 2014 Women's Water Polo All-Academic Team

Edison, N.J. - The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference announced today that a total of 33 athletes comprise the 2014 MAAC Women's Water Polo All-Academic Team. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale. Wagner College led all schools with 9 members named to the team. Siena College followed with 6 student-athletes, while Iona College and Villanova University each had 5 representatives. Marist College and Saint Francis Brooklyn each had 3 members, and VMI added 1 representative.
