Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Honors MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor

SPRINGFIELD, MA – On Saturday, October 15, the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) held its annual honor roll dinner at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. 24 honorees were enshrined into the “MAAC Experience” including MAAC Honorees Ron Foxcroft and Les Lombardi.
During the event, Paul Lambert, the Vice President of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, presented an award to MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor for his continued partnership between the conference and the Hall of Fame. Lambert thanked Ensor for his efforts to grow the brand, and bring the Hall’s collective message of positive growth to a larger global community.
“I want to thank the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame for this recognition,” notes Ensor. “The association with the Hall of Fame is very important to the MAAC brand and it highlights the commitment the league has to the sport of basketball. My own contributions reflect my passion for the game and seeing it continue to grow worldwide.”
The MAAC currently sponsors the Hall of Fame Tip Off Tournament, which takes place on November 19 & 20 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. Tickets can be purchased here.
