MAAC Announces 2020-21 Men’s Basketball All-MAAC Teams

EDISON, N.J. (Mar. 8, 2021) - The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has announced its 2020-21 Men’s Basketball All-MAAC First, Second and Third Teams, as voted on by the league’s 11 head coaches.
 
One of the five All-MAAC First Team honorees will be named the 2020-21 MAAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Year, as selected by the coaches.
 
Siena College’s Manny Camper, Monmouth University’s Deion Hammond, Saint Peter’s University's KC Ndefo, and Iona’s Isaiah Ross were all unanimous choices to the All-MAAC First Team. Siena's Jalen Pickett, the 2019-20 MAAC Player of the Year and unanimous 2020-21 MAAC Preseason Player of the Year, makes his third consecutive appearance on the All-MAAC First Team. For Camper and Hammond, this marks back-to-back First Team selections.
 
The All-MAAC Second Team consists of Niagara University’s Marcus Hammond and Kobi Nwandu, Rider University’s Dwight Murray Jr., Monmouth’s George Papas, and Quinnipiac University's Jacob Rigoni.
 
Selected to the All-MAAC Third Team are Canisius College’s Malek Green, Manhattan College’s Ant Nelson and Warren Williams, Saint Peter’s Daryl Banks III, Monmouth’s Melik Martin, and Siena’s Jordan King.
