2025 Assistant Coaches Academy

The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) has announced the inaugural MAAC Assistant Coaches Academy to be held from October 14–15, 2025 at Ocean Place Resort & Spa, Long Branch, NJ. Funding for the MAAC Assistant Coaches Academy was made possible through support from the Knight Commission through the C.A.R.E. Champion Conference Grant program, which the MAAC is now a two-time recipient of.
 
The MAAC Assistant Coaches Academy is a two-day professional development program for MAAC assistant coaches that will include guest speakers, panelists of administrators and head coaches, and various presentations. All 13 MAAC institutions will be represented at academy with representation of assistant coaches from 16 different sports.
