Cory Pontarollo serves as Director of Digital Content & Engagement for the Metro Conference, where he oversees the conference’s digital strategy, social media presence, content creation, and fan engagement initiatives across all championship sports.

Since joining the conference in January 2025, Pontarollo has led a transformative growth period for the league’s digital platforms, helping drive millions of impressions, significant audience growth, and record engagement across social media channels. His work focuses on telling the stories of Metro student-athletes, coaches, and institutions through innovative content, live event coverage, video production, and strategic storytelling.

Prior to joining the Metro, Pontarollo spent time with Rutgers Men’s Basketball and the Big Ten Network, where he managed digital content initiatives across multiple sports and helped elevate the visibility of Rutgers Men’s Basketball through creative social and video campaigns.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Pontarollo brings a passion for collegiate athletics, digital innovation, and audience development. He is committed to showcasing the achievements of Metro student-athletes and advancing the conference’s mission through impactful storytelling and meaningful fan engagement.
