Francesca Moore serves as the Director of Markeitng and Communications, assisting with the conference's communications, digital media, and content strategy initiatives. In her role, she supports the promotion of the conference's championship sports through social media management, graphic design, website content, event coverage, and storytelling efforts that highlight the achievements of the conferences student-athletes, coaches, and member institutions.
Moore plays an integral role in the execution of the conferences digital and championship communications strategy, creating content across the conference's platforms, coordinating championship coverage, managing website updates, and producing multimedia content that enhances the conference's brand and visibility. Her responsibilities include writing feature stories, game recaps, press releases, social media content, and other communications materials that engage fans and elevate the student-athlete experience.
Before joining the conference, Moore worked in both collegiate athletics and the sports industry through positions with Rutgers Athletics and Fanatics Collectibles. At Rutgers Athletics, she supported game day for multiple athletic programs, assisting with the planning and execution of home events, fan engagement initiatives, and operational logistics while helping deliver a first-class experience for student-athletes, coaches, and fans.
Moore also worked with Fanatics Collectibles, where she supported brand engagement and marketing initiatives for one of the leading companies in the sports collectibles industry. In her role, she assisted with social media campaigns, digital content creation, and consumer engagement efforts designed to connect fans with athletes, teams, and collectible products. Her work across both organizations helped develop a strong foundation in sports communications, event operations, digital media, and fan engagement.
Moore graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management before earning a master's degree in Sport Management from Rutgers University
