Paul DeCurtis is the Supervisor of Volleyball Officials for the Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and the Northeast Conference (NEC).  He also assigns for the Division II East Coast Conference (ECC) and the Division III City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNY) and a dozen Men’s programs in the New York City area.

Paul played and coached volleyball for Queens College.  He began officiating volleyball in 1980 and received his National PAVO patch in 1998. Paul continues to referee matches in the ACC, A-10, Patriot, and Ivy League conferences, along with other Division II and III schools.  Throughout his career, Paul has been selected to work the NCAA post season tournaments in all three divisions and twice for the Division III Molten Championships in Men’s Volleyball. 

Paul spent over 30 years as a teacher, athletic director, and school administrator before retiring in 2010. He holds a BA, MS, and PD in Education/Administration from Queens College.  He resides in Yorktown Heights, NY with his wife Mary Ann.
