Lake Buena Vista, FL (Nov. 16, 2022) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Volleyball Championship started off its Opening Round Wednesday November 16. No. 8 seed Niagara University defeated No. 8 seed Saint Peter’s in the first contest and No. 7 seed Rider took down No. 10 seed Manhattan to close out the day.
Quarterfinal action will take place Thursday, November 17. The first quarterfinal game will be between No.1 Fairfield and No. 8 Niagara. The second matchup in the quarterfinals will be with No.4 Canisius and No. 5 Siena. The third quarterfinal game will take place between No. 2 Marist and No. 7 Rider, and the final quarterfinal contest will take place with No. 3 Iona against No. 6 Quinnipiac. All games will be aired on ESPN+.
