EDISON, NJ (May 4, 2022) – A total of 144 student-athletes were named to the 2022 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men’s Lacrosse All-Academic Team, announced by the MAAC today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
St. Bonaventure University led all MAAC schools with 24 student-athletes named to the All-Academic Team, followed by 23 members each from Manhattan College and Monmouth University. Marist College was next with 21 honorees, followed by Quinnipiac University which placed 20 student-athletes on the squad. Siena College and Canisius College rounded out the All-Academic Team with 19 and 14 selections, respectively.

The 2022 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship will take place on Thursday, May 5 and Saturday, May 7. The four-team championship will be hosted by Marist College at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field in Poughkeepsie, NY. The championship title game will start at 10 a.m. with the match airing live on ESPNU.
