Offensive Player of the Week

Kirby was the only Stag to pick up points in both of Fairfield's games this week by scoring a goal in the win against America East favorites Binghamton and dishing out an assist against UMass Lowell. In a 2-0 win against Binghamton, she was able to one-time a shot to give the Stags a 2-0 lead in the 53
rd minute of action. In a 1-1 draw with UMass Lowell, Kirby was credited with the assist on the Stags lone goal to give her a second straight contest with a point.
Defensive Player of the Week
Jordan Spencer, Canisius
Jr., Oxford, MI, Oxford
In her first start of the season, Spencer earned a clean sheet draw in goal for Canisius on Sunday. She made nine saves in the 0-0 tie versus Binghamton, posting a perfect 1.000 save percentage and 0.00 goals against average.
The 2023 MAAC Women's Soccer Championship will take place from October 29 through November 5. The six-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by the higher seed of each match. The opening round will take place on Sunday, October 29, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 2, and concluding with the championship match on Sunday, November 5.
