Mikayla Haut added 15 kills at a .325 clip, while Maya Walker was near perfect, recording nine kills on 13 swings for a .615 hitting percentage. The Stags as a team hit a scorching .340 in the match and played with balanced offensive and defensive efficiency, highlighted by key contributions from Allie Elliott (8 kills), Svenja Rodenbüsch (7 kills), and Emma Beretich (6 kills, 5 blocks).

Fairfield dominated the first set, jumping out to a 4-0 lead and never letting Quinnipiac back into the game. The Stags hit .630 in the frame, with Haut and Rodenbüsch each notching four kills, leading Fairfield to a commanding 25-14 win. Set two was much tighter, with both teams exchanging runs, but Fairfield capitalized on a 6-1 burst midway through the set, taking a 16-10 lead. Despite a late push from Quinnipiac, who cut the deficit to 23-21, the Stags held on to win 25-21 and take a 2-0 match lead.
Quinnipiac bounced back in the third set, riding an early ace and strong play from Elena Giacomini, who finished with a match-high 24 kills. The Bobcats pulled away with a 25-19 win to extend the match. However, Fairfield responded strongly in Set 4, taking control with a five-point run that gave them a 14-8 advantage. The Bobcats never got closer than four points the rest of the way, and the Stags closed out the match 25-16, with Walker putting down the championship-winning point. With the win, Fairfield (21-11) secured their 14th MAAC title in program history. Head Coach Nancy Somera now has two MAAC Championships in two years at the helm of the Stags, who will await their NCAA Championship draw on Dec. 1.
