Merrimack’s Fuller and Niagara’s Buscaglia Named Bob McCloskey Insurance MAAC Student-Athletes of the Week

Luca Buscaglia, Niagara, Men’s Soccer
Jr. / East Amherst, NY, Williamsville East
 
A native of East Amherst, New York has played in eight games for the Purple Eagles recording one start. Buscaglia plays a crucial role on the back end for Niagara as he has played 232 minutes this season averaging 29 minutes per game. Buscaglia majors in Accounting, he is a one time All MAAC Academic honoree.
 
Female Student-Athlete of the Week
Kylie Fuller, Merrimack, Women’s Soccer
Fr. / West Bridgewater, MA, West Bridgewater
 
Fuller has eight goals and two assists so far in her first season in North Andover. She leads the MAAC in goals as a freshman. On September 9th against Mount St. Mary's, Fuller had three goals and an assist. She was the first person to achieve the feat of three plus goals and an assist in the same game during the Division I era at Merrimack College.
