MAAC Men’s Lacrosse Championship Final to Air on ESPNU for Fifth Straight Season

EDISON, NJ (Jan. 27, 2026) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) today announced its 2026 Men’s Lacrosse Championship final will air live nationally on ESPNU for the fifth consecutive season. The men's lacrosse championship game will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the home site of the top overall seed in the field. Opening face-off for the title will be at 12:00 p.m.
 
2026 will mark the fifth straight season the MAAC championship finale will be played on ESPNU dating back to 2022. Overall, this season will mark the eighth time the contest will air on the national airways dating back to 2017, with the game previously being played on ESPNU in three consecutive seasons from 2017 to 2019.
 
The 2026 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship is a five-team, single-elimination championship taking place from April 26 through May 2, 2026. The first round will be hosted by the #4 seed, the semifinals and championship will be hosted by the top overall seed.
