Fairfield’s Ditzinger, Waclawski and Chang, Iona’s Oelke Named Levy Recognition MAAC Men’s and Women’s Golf Weekly Award Winners

Men’s Golfer of the Week
Rasmus Ditzinger, Fairfield
So., Täby, Sweden, Celsiusskolan

Rasmus Ditzinger finished third in a 108-golfer field at the Savannah intercollegiate. Ditzinger turned in a 54-hole score of 218 (+2), carding rounds of 71, 72, and 75. He finished three shots off the individual pace.
 
Men’s Rookie of the Week
Jennings Oelke, Iona
Fr., Tigard, OR, Tigard

Oelke Finished for a tie of seventh place in the 54-hole Savannah Intercollegiate shooting five over-par. In round one Oelke fired in a 2-under 70, followed that up with rounds of 75 and 76. This is his highest finish of his Iona career so far.
 
Women’s Golfer of the Week
Katelynn Waclawski, Fairfield
Sr., Vienna, VA, Madison High School
 
Katelynn Waclawski finished second in a field of 70 golfers at the Battle at the Beach, leading the Stags to a second place team finish. Waclawski carded a 149 (+5) with rounds of 73 and 76 at Pawleys Plantation.
 
Women’s Rookie of the Week
Addie Chang, Fairfield
Fr., Ardmore, PA, Episcopal Academy
 
Addie Chang placed sixth in a field of 70 golfers, helping guide the Stags to a second-place team finish at the Battle at the Beach. Chang turned in a 155 (+11) with rounds of 73 and 82. Chang was the top rookie finisher in the field.
 
The 2026 MAAC Women's Golf Championship takes place April 21-23, 2026 and returns to Disney's Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, for the 15th consecutive season dating back to 2011 and the 24th time overall since 2000.
