Men’s Golfer of the Week
Rasmus Ditzinger, Fairfield

Rasmus Ditzinger earned medalist honors as the individual winner of the Battle at Rum Pointe this past weekend. The sophomore carded a 68 (-4) on Friday and turned in the best round of any golfer with a 67 (-5) on Saturday, running away with the title by eight strokes over a field of 99 finishers. Ditzinger paced Fairfield to second place in a 16-team field. The Battle at Rum Pointe marked his second individual win and fifth top-three finish of the 2025-26 season.
Men’s Rookie of the Week
Jennings Oelke, Iona
Fr., Tigard, OR, Tigard
Jennings Oelke finished tied for 11th at the Battle of Rum Pointe. Over the two rounds he shot 3-over par with a 73 and 74 helping the team to a first place finish.
Women’s Golfer of the Week
Katelynn Waclawski, Fairfield
Sr., Vienna, VA, Madison High School
Katelynn Waclawski shared fourth place in a 71-golfer field to lead Fairfield Women's Golf at the Women's intercollegiate at Prospect Bay. Waclawski was one of four golfers to post a 153 and share fourth place, two strokes behind third place and four shots off the overall pace. As a team, the Stags finished fourth out of 12 teams.
Women’s Rookie of the Week
Maegan Pungsuwan, Sacred Heart
FY., Bradenton, FL, IMG Academy
Pungsuwan led the Pioneers in a tie for eighth place at the Women's Intercollegiate at Prospect Bay, as SHU led all MAAC programs in third at the event. The first year carded rounds of 78 (+6) and 76 (+4) for a final score of 154 (+10).
