Men's Golfer of the Month

Ortwein posted a team-best 70.8 stroke average over five rounds for the Broncs in September. Included in the month is a third-place finish at the Temple Invitational where he shot an even-par 140 for the tournament. Ortwein also shot four-over for the three-round Doc Gimmler Tournament, including a final-round 67 at the Bethpage Red Course.
Women's Golfer of the Month
Leeyen Peralta, Quinnipiac

Leeyen Peralta had a stellar month, capped off with a tournament win at the Red Bandana Invitational. In three rounds at that tournament, Peralta shot a 77, 72, and 73 and put herself at a +6. She was tied for 20th at the end of day one and made a huge comeback to take home the win. Peralta shot 76 at both the Yale Invitational and the Hartford Hawks Invitational this month as well.
The 2024 MAAC Men's & Women's Golf Championships take place April 19-21, 2024 in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The championships return to Disney's Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Florida for the 13th consecutive season dating back to 2011 and the 22nd time overall since 2000.
