MAAC Announces 2022-23 Women’s Golf All-Academic Team

Lake Buena Vista, FL (Apr. 20, 2023) –A total of 41 student-athletes were named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Women’ s Golf All-Academic Team, announced by the league office today.
 
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
 
Loyola University Chicago led all schools with seven honorees on the 2023 Women’s Golf All-Academic Team. Quinnipiac University placed six student-athletes on the list, followed by Siena College with five selections. University at Albany, University of Dayton, Fairfield University and La Salle University each had four representatives on the team and Mount St. Mary’s University rounded out the list with three honorees.

The 2023 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Golf Championships return to Disney’s Palm Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, FL from April 21-23. The 2023 championships will mark the first time since 2014 that Disney’s Palm Golf Course will play host to the conference championship.
