Men’s Track Performer of the Week
Jadyn Tabois, Iona
Sr., Southport, CT, Fairfield Ludlowe
Jadyn Tabois was the Gaels' lone representative at the 2023 USC Open in South Carolina. Tabois ran a personal best time and lowered his own school record in the 200-meter dash as he seeks a qualifying time for the NCAA Championship. Tabois blazed a 20.55 in the event, good for second place behind Clemson sophomore Wanya McCoy, the No. 4 ranked 100-meter runner in the nation. The time was .32 seconds faster than his previous best set two weeks ago at Duke. It ranks No. 20 on the NCAA East qualifying list and is more than 3/4 of a second faster than the No. 2 time among his MAAC competitors this season. Tabois set the school record last season and at Duke became the first Iona runner to run a sub-21-second 200-meter time.

Arran Fahey, Mount St. Mary’s

Arran Fahey won the pole vault at the Bucknell Team Challenge, clearing 4.85m (15' 11"), the top mark in the MAAC this year. That mark is good for sixth on the Mount's all-time list.
Women’s Track Performer of the Week
Olivia Lomascolo, Siena
5-Yr., Ballston Lake, NY, Shenendehowa
Olivia Lomascolo ran a time of 16:22.73 in the 5k at the Virginia Challenge, good for the fastest time in the MAAC in the event this season and the 52nd fastest time in the NCAA East Regional.
Women’s Field Performer of the Week
Kiana Pathirana, Marist
So., Shrewsbury, MA
Kiana Pathrina finished the week by setting a new school record in the triple jump at the Rider Invite as she jump for a distance of 11.08 meters breaking the previous of 10.87 meters that was a 22 year old record at Marist.
The 2023 MAAC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships will take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 6-7, at Morgan Track in Emmitsburg, Maryland on the campus of Mount St. Mary’s University.
