Freshman Ella Forcucci scored eight goals and dished out an assist through two games played this past week. The Orchard Park, NY native tallied her first collegiate goal on her way to notching one of three hat tricks for Canisius who downed Detroit Mercy in the season-opener. Forcucci followed up her season-opening performance by tallying five goals as she led the Griffs to an 11-8 victory over regional foe Robert Morris.

Haley Burns, Fairfield

Haley Burns dominated the midfield with four goals, four ground balls, and five caused turnovers in the Stags' Saturday win over BU. For the week, Burns averaged 2.0 goals, 2.0 ground balls, 2.5 caused turnovers, and 1.0 draw controls per game.
The 2026 MAAC Women's Lacrosse Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place April 26 - May 3, 2026.
