Graduate student Jose Catala earned a 6-2, 7-5 victory at No. 1 singles and teamed up with sophomore Gregor Heinemann for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles in Marist’s 4-0 sweep of St. Bonaventure.
Co-Men’s Player of the Week
Finn Burridge, Quinnipiac
Jr., Auckland, New Zealand, Kristin School
Finn Burridge went 4-0 on the weekend, helping lead the Bobcats to wins over Binghamton and Bryant.
Against Binghamton, Burridge earned his first singles win of the season with a hard-fought 7-5 (8-6), 4-6, 10-5 victory over Harry Liao. He also secured a doubles win with partner Elias Hoxha, defeating Dylan Breen and Filipe Costa 7-6 (7-4) to help clinch the doubles point. The junior followed up with another strong performance against Bryant, earning both a singles and doubles win. In singles play, Burridge defeated Daniel Baquero 6-3, 3-6, 6-3. He and Hoxha remained undefeated on the weekend in doubles, topping Will Pellegrini and Myles Peterson 7-6 (7-2).
Men’s Rookie of the Week
Strahinja Djukic, Merrimack
Fr., Belgrade, Serbia, Icademy Middle East Dubai
Djukic won 6-2, 7-5 at No. 2 singles and teamed with Tom Van Nooten to win 6-4 at No. 2 doubles in Merrimack's 6-1 win at Niagara on Sunday.
Women’s Player of the Week
Caterina Assi, Marist
Jr., Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, Saint Bartholomew’s School
Junior Caterina Assi earned a dominant 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 1 singles and teamed up with junior Vihana Shresta for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles in Marist’s 7-0 sweep of Providence College.

Tessa Wachtel, Marist
Fr., Scottsdale, Arizona, Desert Mountain High School
Freshman Tessa Wachtel teamed up with sophomore Viktoria Lorentzon for a 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles and added a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 5 singles in Marist’s 7-0 sweep of Providence College.
