LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ (May 9, 2025) – The 2025 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held this weekend on Saturday and Sunday, May 10-11, 2025, at Michael P. Brady Track & Field Complex in Lawrenceville, NJ, hosted by Rider University. The 2025 championships will mark the 24
th time the event is held at Rider.
Saturday begins at 12:00 p.m. with the men’s javelin and concludes at 6:35 p.m. with the women’s 10k. Sunday’s meet will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the women’s triple jump and concludes at 3:50 p.m. with the women’s 4 x 400 relay. The entire championships will be streamed live on ESPN+.
The Rider Broncs men’s team, which were preseason favorites, will look to win its third consecutive and fifth overall outdoor title, having clinched league trophies in 2011, 2013, 2023, and 2024 previously. The Broncs men’s squad won their third straight MAAC Indoor Championships in February after tallying 148.25 points and garnering a pair of major awards.
On the women's side, Rider was picked as preseason favorites and will be seeking its third straight title –sixth overall – having won the outdoor meet in 2004, 2007, 2013, 2023, and 2024. The Broncs women’s unit also secured their third straight MAAC Indoor Championships in the winter, scoring 142 points and collecting two major awards.
