William Holum led the Bobcats with two goals and four points last week as Quinnipiac earned two wins. Holum went scoreless in the 3-0 win over New Haven on Tuesday, but his two goals in the win over Saint Peter's was the difference in QU's first MAAC win of the season.
Defensive Player of the Week
Nickolas Cardona, Quinnipiac

Nickolas Cardona started both games for the Bobcats last week, earning two wins and two clean sheets. Cardona made four saves in the 3-0 win over New Haven and earned the win against Saint Peter's, the team's first MAAC win of the season.
Rookie of the Week
Martin Piedeleu, Siena
Fr., Brussels, Belgium, Francs Borains
Martin Piedeleu scored his second career goal - his first game-winner- to lead Siena to a 1-0 victory over Fairfield Saturday. The rookie took it himself from near midfield, splitting multiple defenders before finishing to the upper corner of goal for the lead in the 47th minute. Over two games he had five shots and two on goal.
The 2025 MAAC Men’s Soccer Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place November 9-16, 2025. Each match during the championship will be hosted by the higher seed and all rounds of the championship will reseed. The first round will take place on Sunday, November 9, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 13, and concluding with the championship final on Sunday, November 16.
