Quinnipiac’s Renton Named Jersey Mike’s MAAC Tennis Player of the Week

Willow Renton earned her first doubles win of the season alongside partner Caitlin Flower, defeating Yale’s Aggarwal and Werdiger, 7-5. The sophomore also competed in singles against Yale’s Leena Friedman, a former Junior Wimbledon competitor. Renton dropped the match 6-3, 4-6, 10-5, but picked up a strong second-set victory.
 
The 2026 MAAC Men's & Women's Tennis Championships are a four-team, single-elimination championships taking place on April 25-26 at Mercer County Park Tennis Center in West Windsor, NJ. The 2026 Championships will be the 14th consecutive time the event is held at Mercer County Park Tennis Center dating back to the 2012 MAAC Men's & Women's Tennis Championships.
