In the season home opener against Monmouth, Lindsay Atkinson scored two goals and added two assists. One of her two goals was on a free position attempt. Atkinson had seven shots on goal and two ground balls.
Defensive Player of the Week
McAllister Salter, Siena
So., Tappan, NY, Saddle River Day High School
Salter starred on the field for the Saints, generating seven saves with a .533 save percentage on 22 shots faced and added five ground balls. She earned the victory in a 10-6 win against Hofstra and played the full 60 minutes in net.
Rookie of the Week
Avery Connolly, Siena
R-Fr., Niskayuna, NY, Colonie High School
Connolly, who did not appear in any games last season, made her Saints' debut and tallied two goals in Siena's 10-6 victory over Hofstra this past Friday.
The 2026 MAAC Women's Lacrosse Championship is a six-team, single-elimination championship taking place April 26 - May 3, 2026.
