BUFFALO, NY (February 10, 2023) – At the end of day three of the 2023 MAAC Swimming & Diving Championships, the Rider men's team has increased its point total to 458 and on the women's side Fairfield has increased their point total to 409.

Day 3 Highlights
- Fairfield University's Erini Pappas is the back to back Women's 400 Individual Medley champion with a time of 4:24.05, beating her previous time of (4:26.02).
- James Conable earned first place in the Men's 400 Individual Medley with a time of 3:54.88.
- Iona University wins the Women's 400 Medley Relay for the second consecutive year back with a time of 3:46.25. The Gaels relay team was comprised of Victoria Novinskiy, Julia Moser, Ashley Benkert, and Isabella Nicholson. The Gaels' dominantly took first place in the Women's 100 Butterfly (Benkert), Men's 200, Freestyle (Faughnan), Women's 100 Breaststroke (Moser), and in the Women's 100 Backstroke (Novinskiy).
- Marist's Ethan Gibbs took first place in the Men's 3M Dive with a score of 257.25.
