GENEVA, OH (Feb. 10, 2026) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) today announced that a total of 95 student-athletes were selected to the 2026 MAAC Men’s Swimming & Diving All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Fairfield University led all MAAC schools with a league-high 16 student-athletes named to the academic team. Canisius University followed with 14 selections, with Iona University and Rider University just behind with 12 honorees each. Rounding out the academic list were Marist University (11), Niagara University (10), Mount St. Mary’s University (8), Manhattan University (7), and Saint Peter’s University (5).

The 2026 MAAC Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Championships is a four-day meet that will take place February 11-14, 2026, and will be hosted at SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio. 2026 will mark the third straight year the championships are hosted at SPIRE.
