GENEVA, OH (Feb. 11, 2025) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) today announced that a total of 83 student-athletes were selected to the 2025 MAAC Men’s Swimming & Diving All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Fairfield University led all MAAC schools with a league-high 16 student-athletes named to the team. Both Canisius University and Niagara University followed with 14 selections each, with Iona University just behind the pair with 12 honorees. Rounding out the academic list were Marist University (8), Mount St. Mary’s University (6), Rider University (6), Manhattan University (4), and Saint Peter’s University (3).

The 2025 MAAC Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Championships is a four-day meet that will take place February 12-15, 2025, and will be hosted at SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio. 2025 will mark the second straight year the championships are hosted at SPIRE.
