BUFFALO, NY (Feb. 9, 2023) – At the end of day two from the 2023 MAAC Swimming & Diving Championships, the Rider men's team remains atop the leaderboard with 253 points. For the women, Fairfield remains at the top with a total of 228 points after several strong performances.

Day 2 Highlights
- The Purple Eagles' men's team placed first with a time of 1:19.79 breaking the previous record of 1:20.06 from 2018.The Men's 200 Freestyle Relay was led by Kevin Vu, Levi Morgan, Alex Magditch, and Nathan Dragon.
- Iona's Michael Faughnan set a new MAAC record in the Men's 500 Freestyle with a 4:20.35 finish.
- Fairfield's, Madison Sweeney, scored a total of 222.30 points in the Women's 3-Meter Dive to secure first place.
- Niagara's Paige South won the Women's 50 Freestyle in 23.36 seconds and Marist's Ahmed Sallam won the Men's 50 Freestyle in 19.77 seconds.
